Information We Collect
- Nutrition data you enter (foods, meals, goals, daily selections)
- Export files you optionally generate (CSV)
- No names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers are collected.
How Your Data Is Used
- Stored locally on your device to show your logs, totals, and history.
- Export is user-initiated; files are created locally and shared only when you choose.
Storage & Sharing

- We do not transmit, sell, or share your data with third parties.
- If you choose to export/share a file, you control where it goes (e.g., email, drive).

- No location, contacts, camera, microphone, or other sensitive permissions are used.
Analytics & Tracking

- You can delete entries, meals, and goals within the app.
- You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.
